The Plumbing Physician was started in 96’ by Brad and Shayli Sutton. They have proudly served the Northern Seattle area ever since. Continuing as a family aimed and operated company, Brad and Shayli now share ownership with their two oldest, Abrianna and Tanner as well as Tanner’s wife Sarah.
The focus of the Plumbing Physician is to bring the best quality workmanship with a trustworthy & reliable team to the residential remodel market. As we grow, we are excited to bring that same level of dedication to the residential service market.

Our Physicians
Brad Sutton
Brad Sutton, Journeyman Plumber, Business Owner/Founder: Brad, Shayli’s husband, is our founding owner, and a Journeyman Plumber of 35+ years experience. He carries a smile with him wherever he goes, and his knowledge of plumbing makes him extremely valuable to our company. After all, our logo is him! As he approaches retirement, he spends a lot of his time bidding jobs, and preparing his team for each job. Depending on how busy we are, he will work in the field with us.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys time with his family, vacations, and free time.
Shayli Sutton
Shayli Sutton, Office Administrator, Business Owner/Founder: Shayli, Brad’s wife, is our founding owner, and our Office Administrator of 25+ experience. She works great with answering phone calls, keeping up with emails, and researching what products our customers ask for. Outside of work, Shayli enjoys evenings with her husband and dog, playing with her grandkids, family games, biking, and crafts.
Tanner Sutton
Tanner Sutton, Journeyman Plumber, Business Owner: Tanner, the son of Brad and Shayli, is part owner of our company, and a Journeyman Plumber with 10+ years experience in the field. He is a “jack of all trades”, and is very good at problem solving, and is great at talking with our customers and building connections. He also takes on a lot of the back end of things to help grow our business. Outside of work, Tanner enjoys camping, learning how to fix things, and working on his Jeep!
Abrianna Sutton
Abrianna Sutton, Journeyman Plumber, Business Owner: Abrianna, the daughter of Brad and Shayli, is part owner of our company, and a Journeyman Plumber with 7+ years experience. She is great at water pipe routing, keeping our job-sites tidy, and connecting with our customers. She takes on the majority of our marketing, and helps organize our shop. Outside of work, Abrianna enjoys boating, movie nights, photography, traveling, and learning more about health/nutrition.
Sarah Sutton
Sarah Sutton, Administrative Assistant, Business Owner: Sarah, Tanner’s wife, is part owner of our company, and our Administrative Assistant of 4+ years experience. She is excellent at speaking with our customers, keeping our office organized, and completing contracts. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, cooking, hockey, and salmon fishing-all best enjoyed alongside her husband.
Conal Lancaster
Conal Lancaster, Plumbers Apprentice: Conal is our Plumber Apprentice and has 7+ years experience. He has great customer service and we are always getting good feedback about him. He is very good at problem solving, and stepping in to help whenever he sees a need. Outside of work, Conal enjoys cooking, camping and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Jeff Sylte
Jeff Sylte, Journeyman Plumber: Jeff is our journeyman plumber and has 30+ years experience. He is very good at waste and vent piping, and his fun and joyful personality brings excitement to any job-site he’s on. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys golfing and family get togethers.

Very reliable, informative and professional. Their work is meticulous. We got four quotes and his was the highest but we felt the quality of the work and the professionalism made it worth the extra cost.
Our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking, our dishwasher was draining through a clogged Johnson T and our kitchen sink supply lines were poorly installed from a kitchen remodel done by the home's previous owners. The Plumbing Physician fixed everything and replaced our 10 year old hot water tank as well.
